Meet The Culinary Maestro: Chef Tosporn
Chef Tosporn's culinary journey began in 2007 as a Commis II at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok. His dedication to his craft led him to pursue an internship at The Ritz Carlton New Orleans, USA, in 2010, where he further refined his culinary expertise. Returning to Thailand after his internship, Chef Tosporn continued to climb the culinary ladder, serving as Commis I at Sathorn Vista by Marriott Bangkok. In 2017, he was appointed Sous Chef at the prestigious Penthouse Grill, Park Hyatt Bangkok.
In October 2019, Chef Tosporn made his triumphant return to JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok as Chef De Cuisine of our newly renovated JW Café. With his unparalleled skill and dedication, Chef Tosporn continues to delight guests with his innovative creations and commitment to culinary excellence.
